Usual this is done when a large amount of staff are needed over a short period of time or when you are looking to cut cost and manage the flow and quality of candidates coming into the business in an efficient and timely manner without compromising on quality.

Recruitment

(Temp, Perm, Contract & Interim)

Contingent:

This is where we will engage with you to understand your vacancy requirements and vet, shortlist, interview and offer candidates that fit the criteria you have given us. Should one of these candidates be made an offer, our fee is 25% of the candidates starting base salary.

 

 Retained & Search:

This is where you engage us with a specific requirement, one where the criteria and specifications are usually difficult to meet, but the role is central to the needs of the business. In this case we are usually retained for a certain period of time while we headhunt a selection of right-fit candidates. There is a 15% fee where 5% is paid upfront to do the search and 10% on completion of the hire.
